Web page design costing is dependent on specific features and volume of information. The fee is contingent upon designing a site to a client's complete satisfaction. Each web site is constructed of easily referenced pages that deliver upon client objectives.

SPECIFICS

Graphically oriented layouts start at $150 per page.

Pages that are not graphically supported start at $80 per page. Add to this the cost of any design, photographic work or animation.

Graphically oriented layouts that are requested include animation, fluid transfers between links, forms, e-mail and CGI scripts.

Also included is registration with the 9 main search engines used on the World Wide Web.

Completed sites are left in excellent working condition and readable to most browser software. Updates during the first 10 days are free of charge.

After this grace period, there are additional charges for file transfer, Photoshop alterations, graphic conversions, HTML programming and client servicing.

Hourly work is billed at $55 p/h.

Internationally, the average corporate web site, which runs from 5 to 15 linked pages of design, costs between $1,500 and $6,500 with annual update costs of $600+.

Because of the site planning and administrative details necessary to ensure the success of a web presence, $500 is the minimum charge for web site development.
